•Successfully delivered operationally significant portal migration and data center migration project impacting 300 customers in a global software company delivering annual savings of > $420k.
•Guided a SaaS company through the vendor selection project including requirements definition, evaluation, and implementation for a merger and acquisition lifecycle management software tool coinciding with the post-merger integration of a large acquisition  which doubled the size of the company.
